What do you tolerate?

“Remember that we all get exactly what we tolerate.  So stop tolerating excuses within yourself, limiting beliefs of the past, or fearful states.”  Tony Robbins

You can always identify something you are tolerating when you begin the sentence with “Want, Wish or Need.”  I want to lose weight, I wish I had more money, I need to spend more time with my family.  In order to stop tolerating things that are holding you back, you must replace want, wish and need with “Must”.  I must lose weight,  I must make more money and I must spend more time with my family.  When you must do something, there is no other option.  When you need to do something, you will just keep kicking the can down the road.

I recently identified a few very important things that needed to switch from need to must.  I challenge you to do the same.
